# Introduction

> Manage Biznet GIO cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Pulumi

Biznet GIO is an Indonesian cloud provider offering VPS (NEO Lite), bare-metal servers (NEO Metal), GPU instances (NEO GPU), and S3-compatible object storage (NEO Object Storage).

<Warning>
  **Unofficial, community-maintained project.** These providers and this documentation are built by [Shirasaka Ren](/about) and are **not affiliated with or endorsed by PT Biznet Gio Nusantara** - Biznet GIO and NEO are trademarks of their respective owners. Use at your own risk; every create/upgrade places a real paid order on your account.
</Warning>

This site documents two Infrastructure-as-Code providers that wrap the [Biznet GIO Portal API](https://api.portal.biznetgio.com/v1/docs):

* **Terraform** - `biznetgio` provider (`registry.terraform.io/shirasakaren/biznetgio`), protocol 6.0 (Plugin Framework), requires Terraform ≥ 1.0
* **Pulumi** - `biznetgio` provider (native Go, `pulumi-go-provider`), SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Go, .NET, and Java

Both providers share the same API surface, the same authentication model, and the same semantics - pick the tool you already use.

## What you can manage

| Service | Product | Resources | Catalog data sources |
| - | - | - | - |
| `neolites` | NEO Lite VPS | VM, keypair, snapshot, VM from snapshot, additional disk | products, OS list, change-package options, storage upgrade options, IP availability |
| `neolite-pros` | NEO Lite Pro VPS | VM, keypair, snapshot, additional disk | products, OS list, change-package options, storage upgrade options, IP availability |
| `baremetals` | NEO Metal bare-metal | server, keypair, additional IP, IP assignment, elastic storage | products, rebuild OS list, OpenVPN config |
| `neo-gpus` | NEO GPU | instance, keypair | products, console access, monitoring graph |
| `object-storages` | NEO Object Storage | instance, bucket, credential, object | instances, buckets, credentials |

Each provider exposes **20 resources** and **19 data sources / functions** covering these five API groups. Products without a public API (NEO Virtual Compute, NEO Kubernetes, NEO DNS, web hosting, GIO Private, GIO Enterprise Cloud, NEO Backup) are out of scope.

## Where to go next

* [Quickstart](/quickstart) - first resource with Terraform
* [Pulumi quickstart](/pulumi-quickstart) - first resource with Pulumi
* [Authentication](/authentication) - get an API token from the [portal](https://portal.biznetgio.com)
* [Product Catalog](/products/overview) - real pricing, real specs, and how to pick a specific package or OS instead of trusting index `[0]`
* [Tutorials](/tutorials/project-structure) - once the quickstart works, the full path from there to a production deployment with CI/CD
* [Example repos](/tutorials/examples) - complete runnable examples of every resource, in both tools, ready to copy as a template
* [Contribute](/contribute/introduction) - how the project is organized and how to contribute to the providers, examples, and docs

<Warning>
  Every create or upgrade call places a **real paid order** on your Biznet GIO account. Read the [billing guide](/guides/billing) before automating anything.
