New to all of this? Start with What is Infrastructure as Code?, a from-scratch explainer of IaC, Terraform, and Pulumi.
What you can manage
Each provider exposes 20 resources and 19 data sources / functions covering these five API groups. Products without a public API (NEO Virtual Compute, NEO Kubernetes, NEO DNS, web hosting, GIO Private, GIO Enterprise Cloud, NEO Backup) are out of scope.

Where to go next
- Quickstart - first resource with Terraform
- Pulumi quickstart - first resource with Pulumi
- Authentication - get an API token from the portal
- Product Catalog - real pricing, real specs, and how to pick a specific package or OS instead of trusting index

- Example repos - complete runnable examples of every resource, in both tools, ready to copy as a template
- Contribute - how the project is organized and how to contribute to the providers, examples, and docs
